Why can't I see the export buttons?

Possible reasons:

• The current page is not https://chat.deepseek.com/
• The response has not finished generating yet
• The page just finished loading and the extension has not injected yet
• The related buttons were hidden on the settings page

2. Wait for the response to finish loading
3. Check export button visibility in settings

Why do some formats appear sometimes but not others?

Some formats are shown dynamically based on content structure.

For example:

• Excel requires tables in the content
• EPUB cannot be used when the content contains code blocks, formulas, tables, or Mermaid diagrams

What is the difference between batch export and single export?

• Single export is for saving one response
• Batch export is for saving multiple messages
• Batch export supports templates for some formats and offers fewer format options than single export

Why doesn't PDF export download directly?

PDF opens a preview page first, and you download the final file from that preview page.

Why does PNG export ask me to choose a theme first?

That is the theme selector for image export. You can disable Show Theme Selector in settings.

Why can't I see notebook content on another computer?

The notebook is stored locally in the current browser by default and does not sync across devices automatically.

Will uninstalling the extension delete my notes?

It might. It is recommended to export notebook data as a backup before uninstalling.

Are statistics uploaded to the server?

Detailed export statistics on the statistics page are stored locally in the browser by default. The extension also includes one-time anonymous aggregated statistics reporting that only reports export counts by format and does not include conversation body content.

Why did refreshing account information fail?

Possible reasons:

• Network problems
• The sign-in state has expired
• The daily manual refresh limit has been reached (up to 10 times per day)
