Feature Overview ​

This page gives a structured overview of the extension's main feature areas and the scenarios each feature is best suited for.

Single Response Export ​

Best for saving one AI response that has already finished generating.

Available Formats ​

The formats supported for a single response depend on the buttons currently shown. Common ones include:

  • Jupyter Notebook

Dynamic Display Rules ​

  • Excel is shown only when the response contains tables
  • EPUB is not shown when the content contains code blocks, math formulas, tables, or Mermaid diagrams
  • When many formats are available, the button row is collapsed into "More Formats"

File Name Rules ​

  • Uses the current conversation title by default
  • The file name can be changed before export
  • You can choose to append the export time to the file name

Batch Export ​

Best for saving multiple messages at once or organizing a full conversation into one file.

Batch Export Templates ​

For Markdown, Word, and PDF, the extension supports template-based output in certain cases. The available templates also change depending on the selected content type.

Common templates include:

  • Structured Notes
  • Simple Conversation
  • Role-based Conversation
  • Q&A Cards
  • Knowledge Document

Template selection is shown only when the selected content includes questions, or when only questions are selected.

When only questions are selected, a question-list template is also provided.

Image Export ​

Best for sharing, presenting, or keeping a visual version of the content.

Standard Image Export ​

Multiple theme styles are supported, including:

  • Dark
  • Dracula
  • Vintage Newspaper
  • Sakura
  • Blue-and-White Porcelain
  • Matrix
  • Cyberpunk 2077

Creative Poster ​

Creative Poster uses a dedicated poster style to generate a more visually expressive image.

  • You can set a default theme
  • You can choose whether to show the theme selector before export
  • You can choose whether to display the AI badge at the top

Word Export ​

Best for long-term archiving, formal document organization, and further editing.

Style Presets ​

Word supports multiple style presets:

  • The system default preset is always kept
  • You can create custom presets

  • You can delete custom presets

The system default preset cannot be renamed or deleted.

PDF Export ​

Best for printing, sharing, and fixed-layout output.

Configurable Items ​

Header content supports:

PDF Preview ​

After exporting to PDF, the extension opens a built-in preview page. The preview page is used to review the content and download the final PDF.

Canvas Editor ​

Best for light content cleanup before export.

Export Format Notes ​

In the canvas editor:

  • TXT is not provided
  • HTML is not provided
  • Excel is shown only when the content contains tables

The canvas editor entry is off by default. You must first enable the "Edit" button below AI responses in settings before the entry appears under responses.

Code Block Enhancements ​

Best for handling individual code blocks.

VSCode Card Export ​

Exports a code block as an image card better suited for presentation and sharing.

Copy to Word ​

Copies a code block in a format suitable for pasting into Word while preserving styling as much as possible.

Notebook ​

Best for long-term organization and accumulation of important responses.

Auto-save ​

Note content is saved automatically. No manual save button is required.

System Instruction Note ​

The notebook includes a built-in read-only instruction note. It cannot be edited, moved, or deleted.

The extension supports account sign-in and membership status recognition.

Relationship to Export Capability ​

  • copy is not limited by membership thresholds
  • Other export formats usually trigger membership or authorization prompts after the free quota is exceeded

  • Refresh statistics

Statistics are stored only in the local browser by default.
