Compatibility and Limitations

This page explains which browsers and pages the extension supports, as well as the current usage limitations.

Browser Compatibility

The current version targets Chromium-based browser extension environments and is mainly suitable for:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge

The extension popup and feedback entry automatically use Chrome Store or Edge Store links based on the current browser.

Page Compatibility

The extension is mainly designed for:

If you are outside this page range, the extension will not inject in-page entry points such as:

  • Single export buttons
  • Batch export button
  • Notebook button
  • Account button

Excel Export for Single Responses

The Excel export entry is shown only when a table is detected in a single response.

EPUB Export for Single Responses

The EPUB entry is not shown when a single response contains these structures:

  • Code blocks
  • Math formulas
  • Tables
  • Mermaid diagrams

Format Limits in the Canvas Editor

The canvas editor does not provide:

  • TXT
  • HTML

Excel is shown in the canvas editor only when the content contains tables.

The current-note export menu in the notebook follows the same TXT, HTML, and Excel display rules.

Visual and Layout Differences

Export results may be affected by:

  • Changes to the DeepSeek page structure
  • Differences in browser versions
  • Differences in available fonts
  • Differences in page themes

These formats are especially more likely to be affected:

  • Word
  • PDF
  • PNG
  • Creative Poster
  • PDF export usually takes longer
  • After export, the file must be downloaded from the preview page
  • Preview data is only for the current export and must be regenerated if it expires

Image Export Limitations

  • Image export is time-consuming, and long content may be slow
  • For long or complex content, Word, Markdown, or PDF is usually a better choice

Local Data Limitations

The following data is stored only in the current browser by default:

  • Settings
  • Notebook
  • Statistics
  • Sign-in status

This means:

  • It does not sync automatically when you switch browser environments
  • You need to back it up manually before uninstalling the extension
  • The free quota is not unlimited for all export types
  • After the free quota is exceeded, some exports require membership or authorization
  • copy is not affected by this threshold
